The difference in the first version and second version is that the scenes with "boyfriend" have been removed and the scenes order have been rearranged.
Well the resolution of this MV is kinda... >< And the song isn't finished when the MV ends... So I'm not sure if this is the official version. When there is update I'll post it ASAP.
